Return & Refund Policy

Cedarwood Gun Works Inc offers a 30-day return window on all unused products in original condition and packaging.

How to Return

1. Email support@rockislandarmory.us.com with your order number and reason
2. Receive a Return Authorization number within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back with the RA number on the package
4. Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable unless the return is our error.

Defective Products

Defective items can be returned within 90 days. We cover return shipping for defects.

Non-Returnable

Ammunition, final-sale items, modified products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
